Who We Are 
Work Rehabilitation Specialists (WRS) is a medical device company headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI.  We offer world class multi-modal post-op pain management for orthopedic excellence. We focus on systems that improve patient recovery and practice management. We do all of this while combating the Opioid Epidemic. We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Operations Assistant for our Ann Arbor warehouse location.

What You'll Do 
  • Receive UPS packages daily and review shipment contents 
  • Unpackage, sort, and stock contents in a neatly organized and secure fashion 
  • Utilize computer databases to maintain accurate inventory records  
  • Clean and test medical devices to prepare for redistribution 
  • Perform minor repairs on medical devices as needed 
  • Provide support for outbound shipments as needed 
  • Assist with printing of marketing materials 
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks 
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as safety-related protocols 
  • Demonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation 
What You'll Bring 
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) 
  • Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and ability to stand for long periods of time 
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
